Singer and actress Nana suffered a home invasion robbery, and it was reported that she was counter-sued by the perpetrator.
On the 2nd, her agency Sublime issued an official statement saying, "In the robbery and injury case involving our actor Nana, the investigating authorities' thorough investigation has clearly confirmed the perpetrator's criminal acts. In particular, during the perpetrator's attack armed with a weapon, actor Nana and her family suffered serious physical and mental harm, and the resulting physical and psychological suffering continues to this day," the agency said.
The agency said, "Nevertheless, the perpetrator, showing no remorse, has filed a separate complaint against actor Nana, abusing the victim's fame and causing secondary harm through inhumane acts."
Accordingly, Nana's side said it plans to take all legal measures. The agency said, "We place the protection of our artists' rights and interests as our top priority, and regarding this matter we will take all civil and criminal legal measures against the perpetrator."
Finally, the agency added, "We will continue to respond responsibly until the artist no longer suffers any further harm."
Meanwhile, Nana experienced an incident in November last year in which a robber armed with a weapon broke into her home. After a scuffle, Nana and her mother subdued the robber and reported it to the police, but in the process Nana's mother suffered a strangulation injury from the robber.
At the time, Sublime said, "Because of the robber's physical attack, actor Nana's mother suffered severe injuries and lost consciousness, and actor Nana also suffered physical injuries while trying to escape the crisis. Both currently need treatment and absolute rest."
In particular, the perpetrator suffered a laceration to the chin during the scuffle with Nana and her mother, but the police determined it was self-defense and did not book the perpetrator. Despite experiencing such a major incident, Nana proceeded with scheduled commercial shoots and other engagements without changes.
