Group UNIS (UNIS) finished 2025 in spectacular fashion.
UNIS (Hyeonju, Nana, Gehlee, Kotoko, Bang Yunha, Elysia, Oh Yuna, Lim Seowon) appeared at the 9th Momoiro Gahapjeon held at Tokyo Budokan in Japan on Dec. 31 last year.
That day UNIS appeared as the third performer for the white team. They wore outfits in a harmonious mix of colors such as white, pink and purple, creating a strong year-end atmosphere. They paired these with bear hats to maximize their signature lovely charm.
UNIS performed their recently released second Japanese digital single 'mwah...(므와..., 幸せになんかならないでね)'. The stage was broadcast for the first time across Korea and Japan, drawing explosive responses from the audience.
In particular, their varied facial expressions that matched the bouncy melody held the audience's attention, and the synchronized choreography completed by the eight members' perfect coordination heated up the venue even more.
After the performance, they also had a short talk with the MC. Kotoko said, "I am truly honored to be able to stand on the wonderful stage of the Budokan through 'Momoiro Gahapjeon.'" Nana, looking back on activities in 2025, said, "Releasing two Japanese digital singles allowed us to grow another step."
In addition, UNIS, as part of the white team, won the victory, and they closed the last night of 2025 warmly by joining the New Year's countdown with all the artists who appeared at 'Momoiro Gahapjeon.'
'Momoiro Gahapjeon' is a New Year's countdown live hosted by Japan's popular girl group Momoiro Clover Z. The event brings together Japan's representative master artists as well as stars who attracted attention throughout the year. UNIS proved solid popularity in Japan by being invited for two consecutive years as the first K-pop artist to do so.
Having successfully wrapped up activities in 2025, UNIS will begin a global push in the new year. They will launch the '2026 UNIS 1ST TOUR: Ever Last (2026 UNIS 1ST Tour: Ever Last)' with a concert in New York, U.S., on Jan. 28 (local time).<
