'The present and future of 5th-generation idols' will decorate the D Awards stage.
The 2nd D Awards (D Awards with upick) on the 31st unveiled a third lineup of five acts in debut order: NCT WISH, NEXZ, KickFlip, AxMxP, and Choi Rip-woo. With the large-scale participation of artists representing K-pop's fifth generation, the show will present a more lively and abundant stage.
NCT WISH, which sells millions with every album release, set its personal best with 1,395,217 copies sold in the first week of its third mini album COLOR released last September. Their first solo concert, held at Incheon Inspire Arena from Oct. 31 to Nov. 2, also sold out all shows.
NEXZ has shown wide-ranging activity this year and emerged as a 'global act to watch' that makes 2026 even more anticipated. Their third mini album Beat-Boxer, released in October, proved popular by topping major domestic music and album charts. The members participated directly in choreography, lyric writing, composition and arrangement, showcasing their versatile artistic capabilities.
KickFlip, which won D Awards remark and D Awards discovery soon after debuting earlier this year, had a fruitful year. Through three mini albums they demonstrated solid skills and solidified their position as next-generation contenders by selling out all four shows of their first fan concert in January.
AxMxP, which confidently debuted last September with triple title tracks, has been noted as a super rookie after making an impression at major festivals such as Beautiful Mint Life 2025 and Busan International Rock Festival 2025. In addition, Choi Rip-woo, a former contestant on Mnet's Boys Planet who debuted as a solo artist on the 3rd, will reveal a special collaboration with AxMxP for the first time at the D Awards.
D Awards has confirmed 14 acts to appear so far through this third lineup, including the first lineup P1Harmony, ENHYPEN, Psycus, ZEROBASEONE, Ahob and the second lineup BOYNEXTDOOR, 82MAJOR, QWER, and ISNAR.
