'2025 SBS Drama Awards' Ahn Eun-jin and Jang Ki-yong gave an all-time performance worthy of the best couple award.
At the '2025 SBS Drama Awards' held on the afternoon of the 31st at SBS Prism Tower, the nominees for the best couple award appeared. Starting with the Han Jimin–Lee Jun-hyuk couple, the Kim Jiyeon–Yook Sung-jae couple also appeared. Among them, the biggest cheer was for the characters Ko Da-rim and Gong Ji-hyuk from "Dynamite Kiss", that is, the Ahn Eun-jin and Jang Ki-yong couple.
Shin Dong-yeob said, "There was an overwhelming amount of participation in voting from internet users for this award. Maybe that's why the actors are holding promotional pet phrases for themselves." When Ahn Eun-jin and Jang Ki-yong were announced, they naturally hugged and walked up to the stage together. Ahn Eun-jin and Jang Ki-yong came close to kissing but stopped just short, drawing cheers from the audience.
Ahn Eun-jin said, "When the drama started this was the award I wanted most; if I received this award it would mean real success. Thank you for giving us this wonderful award with your votes. And I want to say thank you to Jang Ki-yong, who looked at Darim so lovingly with such tender eyes throughout the filming period," and Jang Ki-yong said, "I really wanted to win this award. Thank you to the viewers who really adored and loved our couple. And to the drama staff, the director, and all our seniors and juniors who tried to capture our couple, everything was great," and added, "Finally, you were always beautiful from start to finish; I sincerely thank you," saying this to Ahn Eun-jin with a very affectionate look.
