Lee Sun-bin could not hide her embarrassment when her partner Lee Kwangsoo was mentioned.
On the 30th broadcast, the 2025 MBC Drama Awards was hosted by Kim Sung-Ju and actor Lee Sun-bin, and the second part began with a congratulatory performance by Jaurim.
The very first award was the best couple award, decided by viewers' choice. With strong contenders lined up, Lee Sun-bin and Kim Young Dae appeared as the couple from To the Moon.
Recalling the kiss scene with Kim Young Dae, Lee Sun-bin said, "The kiss scene I did with Young Dae required a lot of rehearsal like an action scene in terms of direction and technique," and added, "Saying it like this makes me bashful," drawing laughter.
When asked about a promise if she won the best couple award, Lee Sun-bin joked, "Young Dae will be enlisting for military service soon. Since we're the best couple, if I win, I thought about visiting him during his service as a couple," and added, "Isn't that nice?"
Then MC Kim Sung-Ju asked, "Kim Sung-Ju or Kim Young Dae?" and Lee Sun-bin answered, "Kim Young Dae," showing her desire for the couple award.
However, when Kim Sung-Ju suddenly asked, "Kim Young Dae? Lee Kwangsoo?" a flustered Lee Sun-bin replied, "Kim Sung-Ju," eliciting laughter.
