'Health Farmer' Heo Kyunghwan was unable to concentrate at the deodeok harvest site because of the spicy banter of the mothers.
On the afternoon of the 28th, the tvN show 'Health Farmer' showed mixed martial artist Choo Sung Hoon, comedian Heo Kyunghwan, former national team soccer player Jeong Dae-se, fitness YouTuber Amotti, and singer Baekho heading to Jeongseon, Gangwon Province, and getting seriously into farming.
The members were shown struggling with an unprecedented deodeok harvest workload of 80 kg per person. Before starting serious work, the members received the essential farming item, the 'butt chair,' and, marveling at its comfort, began with the weeding. Jeong Dae-se repeatedly expressed amazement, saying, "People are clever; I wouldn't have thought they could make something like this."
When Heo Kyunghwan, who had begun harvesting deodeok in earnest, cheerfully struck up a conversation with the village mothers who were working with him, he asked, "I've heard deodeok is good for men — is that true?" revealing a subtle curiosity. What returned to him, however, was the mothers' fiery "fastball." The mothers shut him down at once, saying, "He hasn't even gotten married — how would we know that?" leaving Heo Kyunghwan embarrassed.
Heo Kyunghwan's misfortunes did not end there. While enthusiastically digging up deodeok, he accidentally struck and smashed a deodeok root. A mother who noticed scolded him, "You hit it, didn't you? I have to deduct your pay. No daily wage for today," plunging Heo Kyunghwan into a 'zero-won daily wage' crisis and turning the site into a sea of laughter.
