An unexpected commonality between actor Hyunbin and broadcaster Pungja was revealed, drawing laughter.
On Dec. 27, the MBC variety show Omniscient Interfering View (hereafter Omniscient Interfering View) episode 378 featured Lee Youngja's ambitious project "Yumi gamakjip," where the principal cast of the film Made In Korea — Hyunbin, Jung Woosung, Roh Jae Won, Park Yongwoo, Kang Gil Woo — appeared and enjoyed a pleasant time.
On that broadcast, Lee Youngja's carefully prepared seasonal full-course meal led into a natural conversation. At the gathering, Pungja revealed an unexpected connection with Hyunbin that surprised everyone. Pungja admitted, "Actually, we went to the same personal training gym," and Hyunbin calmly chimed in, "I've seen him working out,"
Pungja recalled, "Hyunbin greeted me first, so we exchanged greetings then," and the cast listening burst into laughter at the unexpected pairing. Especially when Lalali, who transformed into the alter ego "Lee Myunghwa," asked, "Did he eat anything after exercising?", Hyunbin answered seriously, "No. At that time I was working out extremely hard," turning the set into a sea of laughter.
Hyunbin's unpretentious reaction and Pungja's candid confession combined to make their bond, connected by the common denominator of exercise, another comedic point of the broadcast.
Meanwhile, Hyunbin married fellow 2022-born actor Son Ye-jin in 2022 and they had a son in November of the same year.<
