'Jun Hyun-moo plan 3' Hyoyeon spoke candidly about Girls' Generation's meal payments and income.
On the afternoon broadcast on the 26th of the MBN·Channel S entertainment show 'Jun Hyun-moo plan 3', Girls' Generation member Hyoyeon took viewers on a food trip in Gyeongju, visiting hidden must-try restaurants.
Kwak Tube asked, "When Girls' Generation members eat, who pays?", and Jun Hyun-moo said, "Hyoyeon, you should pay, you earn the most," predicting she ranked first in income. Currently Hyoyeon is active as a solo singer and a well-known DJ, spending more than half the year abroad and keeping a busy schedule.
Hyoyeon laughed and said, "Yoona and Taeyeon seem to earn more," and Kwak Tube said, "It wouldn't be strange whichever of them pays." Hyoyeon continued, "Most of the times we meet it's for something celebratory. If it's someone's birthday or someone suggests meeting, that person pays." Jun Hyun-moo then said, "Doesn't no one ever speak up? The group chat is quiet, right?" which brought laughter. Hyoyeon said, "The members treat each other well. We tend to try to pay for each other."
Jun Hyun-moo asked, "You haven't had any major fights among members, right?", and Hyoyeon said, "We show so much consideration for each other like an old couple," adding, "In the early days of debut we were so busy there was no time to fight. I'm not lying, we didn't even have the energy to fight, and as teenagers we fought even less. We were so busy we didn't have time to fight."
Hyoyeon also recalled, "We would come back from schedules, talk as if we had gone on a retreat and always hang out with a good atmosphere. We were just like friends. At that time Yoona was extremely busy filming the drama 'You Are My Destiny.' With Girls' Generation activities plus filming, we only had two to three hours to sleep after coming home. We didn't sleep until then. Even so, looking at each other seemed to give us strength. We would chat for three hours, wash up and go out again. It was fun among us," recalling those days.
