SISTAR's Soyou shared that she continues to exercise relentlessly even in Bali.
On the 25th, the 'Soyougi' channel uploaded a video titled ""Is this Taereung Village..?" Soyou's one-month living VLOG part 2 | Pravilou, sound healing, yoga, gym".
That day Soyou said, "Finally today I'm going to get the limb-tearing stretching. I'm really worried it might be too hard. I'll try to film as hard as I can there. Today I bought yoga wear on sale in Bali and I'll wear this when I go," and she took on "Pravilou."
Pravilou is a massage technique that ties the limbs to equipment to relax the body and provide stretching and massage effects. Soyou experienced Pravilou by performing various movements in the air, and after the massage ended she attracted attention with a completely exhausted appearance.
She said, "At first it was a little scary, but once I did it I felt it's nothing much, and when I put on the neck traction I felt my spine stretching. My back has been uncomfortable lately, but that uncomfortable feeling improved a lot, and because I was able to focus only on my body and breathing, stray thoughts didn't come to mind, which was nice," adding, "When I was lying face down I heard the singing bowl sound and it was so nice. It felt like my ears were being washed, so it was really nice. I highly recommend Pravilou to anyone visiting Bali," expressing satisfaction.
After eating, Soyou dropped by a yoga studio to reduce swelling, and the next day she did gym and yoga from the morning. Two days later she visited the gym again and said, "Did I go to Bali to exercise? Yes, that's right. The theme of this one-month stay is healthy rest," adding, "the exercise infinite loop has started again. It's hard to get healthy," showing her determination.
Especially when Soyou weighed herself, she couldn't hide her surprise at the figure 49.1kg. She said, "Am I exercising too hard? I'm not forcing myself to lose weight. This is my lowest weight since coming to Bali. I really ate a lot of tacos yesterday too, you know? Why is this?" she wondered.
She added, "I'm currently trying to gain weight. So I'm purposely eating a lot of carbohydrates. My goal is to build muscle before I go to Korea, so I'll eat well and work out hard again," firming her resolve.
