MBC 'Omniscient Interfering View' 'ingredient manager' Lee Youngja opens Yumi-gamak once again, heralding a seasonal food syndrome.
The MBC variety program 'Omniscient Interfering View' airing on the 27th (planned by Kang Young-sun, directed by Kim Yunjip·Jeon Jae-wook·Kim Haeni·Jeong Dong-sik·Lee Daun, writer Yeo Hyunjeon) in episode 378 will see Lee Youngja return as "Yumi-gamak." At the gamak bar she first opened last October, she created a leek craze with dishes such as leek tteokbokki, leek kimchi, and pork belly pajeon and drew attention. This time she teases a winter seasonal ingredient special, raising expectations.
The main ingredients for this Yumi-gamak are Punch Bowl dried radish greens from Yanggu, Gangwon, and Yongdaeri dried pollack, and a variety of dishes using them will be revealed. In addition, gamtai from the Taean front sea said to grow only in pristine areas, and the chewy-textured patterned squid, among other seasonal ingredients, will be showcased, raising expectations.
Lee Youngja, together with Pungja and Myeonghwa aunt, will deliver an all-time great mukbang even before opening. A dazzling staff meal parade featuring patterned squid broth and wild gamtai used in "gamtai ramyeon" and "patterned squid soak" is expected to really whet viewers' appetites.
Guests will be served "dried radish green tteokbokki" made with seasonal dried radish greens. From the tteokbokki broth to the gochujang and fish cake, all ingredients reportedly include Lee Youngja's know-how, drawing attention. Reports say everyone from young children to adults cleared their plates in admiration at this special tteokbokki available only at Yumi-gamak.
Meanwhile, A-list guests visit Yumi-gamak. Actors Hyunbin, Jung Woosung, Roh Jae Won, Park Yong-woo, and Kang Gil Woo make surprise visits to the gamak bar. They reportedly marveled repeatedly at the seasonal ingredient spread prepared by Lee Youngja. Expectations are also rising for the perfect chemistry between Jung Woosung and Lee Youngja, who meet for the third time on 'Omniscient Interfering View.'
Following "leek," Lee Youngja's Yumi-gamak predicts another ingredient craze with "dried radish greens" and "dried pollack."
