On the 25th at Inspire Arena in Jung District, Incheon, the 2025 SBS Gayo Daejeon began its festival with IVE's Ahn Yujin, DAY6's Young K, and NCT DREAM's Jaemin serving as MCs.
That day aespa (Karina, Winter, Ningning, Giselle) decorated the stage with a dazzling group opening. They followed with a performance of this year's mini album 6, "Rich Man," showcasing tight, trendy choreography and explosive energy that immediately captured the audience's attention. In particular, the addition of a vibrant live performance completed a stage that satisfied both the eyes and ears.
Following aespa's intense stage, Yunho delivered a charismatic performance with his 2021 solo song "Thank U," which became a sensation as the "lesson meme," and the title track "Stretch" from his first full-length album released 22 years after his debut. Appearing on stage, he shouted, "Gayo Daejeon, scream!" and proved his presence with a highly polished performance that reflected his experience.
Rookie girl group BABYMONSTER also dominated the stage with explosive live skills, drawing cheers from the audience.
Meanwhile, the 2025 SBS Gayo Daejeon, themed "Golden Loop," looked back on the brilliantly shining journey of K-pop in 2025 and carried the meaning that it will infinitely expand and shine even brighter tomorrow.
