That day, the late critic Kim Young Dae appeared as a guest and exchanged stories about Christmas and carols. But immediately after the 'Kim Hyun-jung's News Show' broadcast, news of the death of the late critic Kim Young Dae was reported, shocking many.
On the late critic Kim Young Dae's social media account, a post read, "We regret to inform you. We announce the passing of Kim Young Dae. Please understand that we could not contact you directly."
It was reported that the deceased died on the 24th. He was 48. There is no information about the circumstances of his death. In particular, because he remained active and even posted and communicated on social media as recently as the 22nd, his sudden death surprised many.
In response, 'Kim Hyun-jung's News Show' explained on its YouTube channel, "This program was pre-recorded last week. After the Dec. 25 broadcast, we were informed of pop music critic Kim Young Dae's obituary."

Meanwhile, the late Kim Young Dae's wake was set up in funeral hall No. 6 at Chung-Ang University Hospital. The funeral will be held at 9 a.m. on the 27th, and at 10 a.m. a funeral mass will be held at Heukseok-dong Cathedral. The burial site is Seoul Memorial Park·Peace Resting Place.<
