MBC I Live Alone's Lee Joo-seung sets out to restore the honor and pride of the "Judoin (Juseung+Mudo-in)". Shocked by unexpectedly poor stamina(?) at the recent "Innocent Sports Day," Lee Joo-seung, chasing away the cold with the "Judoin spirit," begins winter fitness training.
The MBC I Live Alone airing on the 26th (directed by Heo Hang, Kang Ji-hee, Kim Jin-kyung, Lee Kyung-eun, Moon Ki-young) will reveal Lee Joo-seung's "Judoin" honor restoration training site.
The released photos show Lee Joo-seung throwing off his padding and correcting the "Judoin spirit." Recalling how he fell behind due to lack of stamina at the recent "Innocent Sports Day," he explains the reason he decided on fitness training, saying, "I was shocked."
Lee Joo-seung focuses on high-difficulty training, doing ground-climbing(?) push-ups that surpass Spider-Man's wall climbing, and handstand push-ups. His face, with eyes, nose and mouth all open as if about to burst, shouting with exertion, captures attention.
He also hangs from the bar to attempt pull-ups but fails to reach 10 and shows a hopping(?) motion that draws laughter. Expectations are high for what changes Lee Joo-seung's desperate, all-out effort to challenge his limits to restore the "Judoin" honor and pride will bring.
Meanwhile, Lee Joo-seung also presents a menu to boost the "Judoin"'s stamina. With protein to raise energy and spiciness that makes the whole body radiate heat, curiosity grows about the menu that will show the "best combination." He also draws interest by revealing his own gochujang sauce recipe to accompany it.
You can see Lee Joo-seung's efforts to restore the "Judoin"'s honor on I Live Alone, which airs at 11 p.m. on the 26th.
