Comedian Hong Hyun-hee and Lee Eun-hyeong confessed their desire for a second child.
On the 24th, a video titled "From ovulation to implantation | Pregnancy, childbirth and parenting concerns for couples in their 30s and 40s" was uploaded to the "Jang Yoon Jeong" channel.
That day Jang Yoon Jeong asked Hong Hyun-hee, "How many months is the baby?" and Hong Hyun-hee said, "Ours is now 4 years old. Talks so well," adding, "Why are you so pretty now. I'm crazy. I'm so moved," she confessed. Jang Yoon Jeong said, "That makes me think of having a second child," and Hong Hyun-hee agreed, "Right. Everyone says that."
Lee Eun-hyeong said, "I really want to have a second child but I can't because of my age," and Hong Hyun-hee kicked off an R-rated talk by asking, "Do you do it?" Then Lee Eun-hyeong candidly confessed, "I'm afraid (I'll get pregnant), so I can't," drawing laughter.
Hong Hyun-hee said, "Because you're older you don't even have those thoughts. But..." and Jang Yoon Jeong exclaimed, "This household must be healthy." Lee Eun-hyeong said, "(Kang) Jae-jun oppa has been consistently running, so I don't know," and Hong Hyun-hee asked, "Doesn't Jae-jun have sexual desire a bit?"
Lee Eun-hyeong said, "Really? Unni, you still have some," and Hong Hyun-hee confessed, "I used to, but after having a baby my energy is totally...," revealing a loss of sexual desire after childbirth. Then Jang Yoon Jeong advised, "If you have or are thinking about a pregnancy plan you should go to the hospital and get tested once," and Hong Hyun-hee asked, "But wouldn't you have more hope than me? It hasn't been long since you conceived," She said. Lee Eun-hyeong said, "Unni is '82, I'm '83. I'm 43. Quite old," and Jang Yoon Jeong said, "If you're going to have a second child you should have it right away," adding, "What I regret now is that the age gap is too big. With a four-year gap, when the kids enter elementary school, more than half the class will be older and the school creaks. Things are delayed step by step. A two-year gap seems just right," sharing her honest thoughts.
Lee Eun-hyeong revealed her desire for a second child, saying, "I really want to have a second child. My heart wants it, but..." and Hong Hyun-hee was surprised, asking, "But it's really hard at this time, so you wouldn't think about it—16 months?" Lee Eun-hyeong said, "You experienced what Jae-jun oppa did for me, right? So even if we have another one, (it should be okay)," she said.
Jang Yoon Jeong explained, "A household where the husband helps a lot with childcare is the kind that has a second and third child. If that doesn't happen, you know you can't do it and you'll never think about it," and Lee Eun-hyeong said, "I really want to have more but realistically I'm old." Jang Yoon Jeong repeatedly advised, "Go to the hospital for that. Then you'll get a clear answer.
