'The Man from Nowhere'–nicknamed Kim Jong Kook–confessed that his daily life changed 180 degrees after marriage, earning recognition as a devoted husband.
On the 25th, the KBS2 program Problem Child in House will feature Kim Bung-nyeon, a Seoul National University pediatric and adolescent psychiatrist who is regarded as the leading authority in the field of developmental disabilities, as a guest.
True to his reputation in pediatric and adolescent psychiatry, Professor Kim Bung-nyeon, who has a three-year waiting list for appointments, appeared in a doctor's coat for the first time on Problem Child in House, drawing everyone's attention. The show's hosts were said to have marvelled at Professor Kim's packed schedule, saying, "Even if you make an appointment now, you can only be seen in 2029." Professor Kim then delivered shocking news about autism spectrum disorder. He noted, "From 2000 to 2020, over nearly 20 years, the number of patients diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder in Korea increased four to fivefold," focusing everyone's attention. The main broadcast will reveal the reasons why diagnoses of autism spectrum disorder increased sharply.
In particular, Professor Kim Bung-nyeon offered mental counseling to the hosts of Problem Child in House. The biggest draw during the counseling was the session with newlywed Kim Jong Kook. Once nicknamed 'The Man from Nowhere' because he was poor at tidying up and couldn't throw things away, Kim Jong Kook confessed that his life changed 180 degrees after marriage. While single, he piled clothes on the living room sofa, but after marriage he said he organizes his clothes as soon as he gets home and vacuums every day to keep the house clean. In response, Professor Kim said, "He adapts well to the changed environment. It's because he truly loves his wife," diagnosing Kim Jong Kook as a devoted husband and warming the atmosphere on the show.
Professor Kim Bung-nyeon went on to lavish praise on Kim Sook, an icon of quitting smoking. In the past, Kim Sook, who clung to 2 trillion in game money and distanced herself from real life, said, "I quit games and smoking at the same time," sharing her no-smoking, no-gaming update, and Professor Kim praised her, saying, "It is remarkable that she freed herself. She has exceptional self-control."
The mental counseling session with Seoul National University pediatric and adolescent psychiatrist Kim Bung-nyeon and the hosts of Problem Child in House will air on KBS2's Problem Child in House at 8:30 p.m. on the 25th.
