International relief and development NGO Plan International Korea (hereinafter Plan) ambassadors, broadcasting couple Kim Jun-Ho and Kim Ji-min, who are serving as promoters, supported new furniture for Plan's first group home, "Eunbit Village," and cheered on the i-dle for a warm year-end and New Year.
This support was arranged to help the Eunbit Village i-dle, who newly moved after securing a new home, live in a safer and more comfortable environment. Kim Jun-Ho and Kim Ji-min supported furniture essential to the children's daily life and rest, including four sets of bunk beds, mattresses and bedding.
The furniture support was carried out together with Sukwi Home and SY Life Rorie, and on the day the furniture was brought in, Kim Jun-Ho and Kim Ji-min visited the site in person, paying close attention to the installation process and adding meticulous care. They also delivered Christmas gifts for the children, making the year-end atmosphere even warmer.
Eunbit Village had faced difficulties in space utilization and safety due to aging housing conditions, and the need for an environment where the children could live more stably had been consistently raised. With Plan's support, a new home was prepared, and this furniture support provided meaningful help for the children to restart their daily lives in the new space.
Kim Jun-Ho and Kim Ji-min, as Plan ambassadors, have continuously visited Eunbit Village, interacting with the i-dle and continuing volunteer activities. When Eunbit Village moved to its new home in August, they also went to the site with members of their agency, helped carry moving items, celebrated the completion and cheered on the children's new start. Rather than being a one-time donation, they have shown ongoing interest and support by paying attention to the children's living environment and emotional stability.
Kim Jun-Ho and Kim Ji-min said they prepared with the hope that the i-dle would stay safely in the new home and have comfortable sleeping spaces, and they added they hope the children welcome a warm year-end and a hopeful new year with the new furniture.
A Plan official said, "A 'safe space' for children is the most basic condition for growth," noting, "Thanks to the warm participation of ambassador couple Kim Jun-Ho and Kim Ji-min as well as Sukwi Home and SY Life Rorie, a great gift was delivered to the children." He added, "Plan will continue various partnerships and support so that children can be respected and grow up healthy."
