Soriggun Lee Yuna successfully completed her solo concert.
On the 20th, vigorous cheering filled Ilsan's EBS Space Gonggam Hall, and soriggun Lee Yuna's solo concert "10-Year Diary" was held to great success.
At the entrance to the venue, a large LED display over 5 meters showed videos of broadcasts and performances from the past 10 years, and the long lines of spectators combined with a variety of merchandise created a spectacle that evoked a large cultural festival beyond traditional frames.
The 191-seat house, sold out, added to the excitement with placards and the eager expressions of the audience. In particular, befitting a venue where "Space Gonggam" is recorded, the stage production — sound, lighting and video working organically together — provided an immersive experience as if facing a highly polished music program in person.
In the first act, which looked back on the footsteps of gugak star Lee Yuna, stages loved in 2015 on "I Can See Your Voice" such as the "Ssukdaemeori + Ani" syndrome, 2020's "Lotto Singer," and 2021's "Pungnyu Daejang" followed, retracing Lee Yuna's musical journey. The special guest "Seodo"'s collaborative stage also received big applause. In response to comedian Kim Hie-won's witty questions, Lee Yuna and Seodo called each other "true musical siblings," showing a pleasant rapport that drew laughter from the audience.
In the second act, which was rich with the energy of the "rocker in hanbok," Lee Yuna's gugak crossover stages such as "Ssaljak Seol??eo," which became the reason for topping an event co-hosted by Billboard and TikTok and winning the TikTok Awards music creator, and "Haeya" were performed. The stage, combining powerful band sound, daring arrangements and hanbok styling, once again firmly stamped the nickname "rocker in hanbok" and drew enthusiastic responses from the audience.
In the final third act, album tracks including "Hwacho-jang," "My Love," and "K-Food Song" followed, bringing the venue to a climax. In particular, the singalong of the final song "Cheongsajibok" — "It will be fine, everything will be fine" — united the audience's hearts and left a deep aftertaste.
On the encore stage, the boundary between the audience and the stage was broken in an emotional scene as Lee Yuna's fan club theme song "Apple Corps Song" and the nation's representative folk song "Arirang" were sung together.
The concert featured top session musicians, including music director and keyboardist Kang Hak-seon, guitarist Im Seon-ho, bassist Kim Se-jun, drummer Lee Jeong-hoon, daegeum player Kim Geon-woo, haegeum player Son Hye-jin and piri player Kim Jun-tae, delivering consistently dense and polished sound.
With 340,000 TikTok followers and a strong overseas fan base centered on Indonesia, Lee Yuna is preparing activities in Indonesia for the first half of next year. As fans chanted, "gugak to the world, Lee Yuna to the world," expectations grow for the next moves of soriggun Lee Yuna, who freely crosses tradition and modernity to carve her own path.
