ENHYPEN teased a major 2026 new-year release with a high-quality video that feels like watching a movie.
ENHYPEN (Jungwon, Heeseung, Jay, Jake, Sunghoon, Sunoo, Ni-ki) on the afternoon of the 22nd posted Chapter 1.
It depicts the protagonist's forbidden desire to turn a loved one into a vampire like themselves, and the tense moment of fleeing after the plan is discovered. The eerie and mysterious atmosphere unique to vampires felt when having to hide in an abandoned cave is striking. The depiction of vampires in black-and-white animation naturally overlaps with ENHYPEN, and the members' expressions, tinged with solemnity, instantly captivate viewers.
ENHYPEN plans to release a video series of four chapters before their comeback. Belift Lab Inc. said the video series, which depicts the seven vampires' escape process, allows fans to anticipate the album story in advance, and added that the background music in each video includes parts of songs featured on THE SIN : VANISH, so please look forward to it.
Following the first chapter video, at 12 a.m. on the 23rd, 'THE SIN : VANISH' Interlude 1, which links the chapters, was also released. This content is seen from the perspective of an aide (a third party) tracing the whereabouts of the vampire lovers and provides clues to events that will unfold in the next chapter.
The video hints that the vampire lovers are leaving the dark cave and heading somewhere else. The mysterious tension evoked by the images, animation effects and narration raised curiosity about what narrative will follow in the next chapter, which will be shown at 10 p.m. on the 28th.
Meanwhile, ENHYPEN will vividly realize the unique "dark fantasy" universe they have built through mini album 7 THE SIN : VANISH, released at 2 p.m. on Jan. 16 next year. As a "concept album" in which all tracks, lyrics and sounds are intricately connected, it is expected to showcase the full prowess of ENHYPEN as immersive storytellers.
