On the 21st episode of MBC's "Geukan84," the extreme crew's race scene was revealed on the day of the Médoc Marathon in France. Tsuki, attempting her first full marathon in her life, stood at the starting line dressed in a squid costume and, with a face that showed a mix of nervousness and excitement, announced the start of the Race.
The Médoc Marathon is a festival-style marathon held every September in the Médoc region of France since 1985, combining parades, performances and cosplay running. Ahead of the Médoc Marathon, Tsuki chose to drink water instead of wine even at the eve party, showing a professional side in managing her condition. Because the large-scale event attracts about 10,000 participants and bottlenecks continued from immediately after the start, Tsuki elicited laughter with a purely curious reaction befitting a first-timer, saying, "Is a marathon usually like this?"
In particular, Tsuki gave special meaning to this challenge by mentioning her father, who completed the race 14 years ago, saying, "I promised my dad we would finish together." A regular runner, Tsuki trained with "fun runs" on the Han River every day and steadily prepared by maintaining about 120 km of monthly running mileage. Even in practice, when her heart rate soared to 197, she maintained her pace without changing her expression, fully showing Tsuki's strong grit and concentration.
In a test run held before the main Race, Tsuki showed a positive competitive spirit toward finishing. After running 5 km in a squid costume, she did not hesitate to take on a proposal to run an additional 5 km, and she kept running to the end while maintaining her pace up to the moment her heart rate registered 196. Watching this, Kian84 said, "Personally, you are my rival," expressing his expectations for the extreme crew's youngest member, Tsuki.
However, after returning to the lodging after finishing the Race, Tsuki burst into tears, releasing the emotions she had held back. Saying, "If I hadn't been in the squid costume, I could have kept up with the crew leader," she revealed her unique pure passion and endearing humanity by saying, "I feel frustrated as if I lost to myself" over not showing her best performance.
