EXO will hold a comeback showcase.
EXO will release its eighth studio album, REVERXE (Reverse), on Jan. 19, 2026, and after releasing all nine tracks on various music sites at 6 p.m. that day, it will hold a showcase from 7:30 p.m. at Kyung Hee University Peace Hall in Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul.
In particular, at this showcase EXO will perform tracks from its eighth studio album, REVERXE, share various behind-the-scenes stories related to it, and celebrate the comeback with fans in the same space for the first time in 2 years and 6 months, so a positive reaction is expected.
Also, EXO appeared at MMA 2025 on Dec. 20, where they not only premiered the powerful-performance new song Back It Up but also delivered mega-hit performances of Monster, Jeonya, Love Shot and Growl, provoking sing-alongs from not only the many audience members but also junior artists.
Back It Up, included on the eighth studio album, is a dance track that creates dynamism with bold synth brass, a heavy 808 bass and repeating beat shifts; it conveys the will to end the long darkness and prove themselves from the highest place, and drew attention with a large-scale stage featuring the members alongside 40 dancers.
Meanwhile, EXO's eighth studio album, REVERXE, is currently available for pre-order at various online and offline record stores.
