On the 20th, Park Mi-sun uploaded a video of herself taking blueberry concentrate, saying, "When I was sick, the most important thing was eating well. But choosing good things to eat is not as easy as I thought." The post was intended to promote a group purchase, and viewers of the video expressed concern, saying, "Focus on treatment."
In response, Park Mi-sun said the reason she started the group buy was, "my chemotherapy is over so I'm on a break now," and "I'm so old that I'm bored." Some fans supported her actions, but others expressed cautious opinions, saying, "I heard berries are not good for breast cancer," and "I was told you shouldn't have juices during chemotherapy."
In fact, concentrated extracts like fruit juices are known to burden the liver and can cause liver enzyme levels to rise sharply. For cancer patients, high liver enzyme levels can make it difficult to continue chemotherapy, which led to concern about Park Mi-sun's current health while she is battling cancer.

However, critics said that because Park Mi-sun had publicly disclosed her breast cancer and shared updates on her treatment, promoting a product with her own image and then belatedly adding the explanation, "patients should consult with their attending physician," was an irresponsible act that only caused confusion.
Meanwhile, Park Mi-sun deleted the original group-buy post and again apologized with a handwritten letter.
