On the 20th, track coach Kim Young-jin released photos on his social media from a briquette volunteer site led by Sean. The post included the caption "I joined for the first time in distributing 3,000 briquettes to raise one degree in Korea with brother Sean" along with several photos.
In the released photos, Danielle participated in the volunteer work wearing a black cap pulled low and a scarf with a teddy bear ornament. Wearing a red vest and a mask, Danielle raised her thumb while wearing gloves dusted with briquette powder in a bright gesture.
Another photo captured a scene of carrying briquettes on a carrier. Danielle drew attention as she focused on the work carrying briquettes up a slope, with briquette dust on various parts of her clothes and gloves.
Coach Kim Young-jin said, "I was nervous while carrying 12 to 15 briquettes on the carrier and going up and down slopes, but we completed it safely," and noted, "It was a day spent with Danielle, who shone throughout the volunteer work."
Danielle was reported to have taken photos with other volunteers on site and exchanged small interactions. Her makeup-free face and casual attire while participating in the volunteer work were striking.
Meanwhile, NewJeans, after a legal dispute with their agency ADOR over exclusive contracts, had a court ruling that the exclusive contract remains valid.
