EXO members cried after finishing their 'MMA' stage for the first time in eight years.
On the 21st, Doh Kyung Soo posted a photo on his personal account with the caption "crybabies."
The released photo showed members Suho and Kai crying. They appear to have gathered at a after-party venue after attending the '2025 Melon Music Awards' held the previous day at Gocheok Sky Dome in Seoul as a full group for the first time in eight years.
That day EXO drew attention with their year-end stage, performing together for the first time in eight years. Five members — Suho, DIO, Chanyeol, Kai and Sehun — participated, starting with the intro to "Wolf and Beauty" and continuing with EXO hits including 'Monster', 'Love Shot', 'Eve', and 'Growl'.
Junior idols seated in the singer seats also stood up and enjoyed their performance. The members of NCT Wish and RIIZE, reported to be EXO fans, and members of BONEKD enjoying the stage were also captured on screen.
They also pre-released their new song "Back it up," scheduled for release next year, heating up the venue, and fans' enthusiastic response followed immediately after the performance. In the end, EXO members finished the stage in tears, appearing lost in the afterglow.
Meanwhile, EXO will release their eighth full-length album, 'REVERXE' (REVERXE), on Jan. 19 next year, marking their first new record in two years and six months.
