H.O.T. Moon Hee-jun aired his grievances about his wife Soyul (Park So-yul).
On the 19th, a video titled "Is Soyul mom upset?! A brutal marital war!" was uploaded to the "Jaemi House" channel.
That day, Moon Hee-jun and Soyul prepared for a Christmas party. Moon Hee-jun proposed a cooking contest, saying "Isn't the core of a party the food? We should cook, right? Let's say we both cook at the same time and always have a competition. Until I win. I should win and ask for a wish."
Soyul accepted the challenge, and Moon Hee-jun said, "If I win, you have to grant my wish," and added, "Personally I have a few wishes, and if I name one, I want to stop the quail eggs (our son Hee-woo) habit. Not quail eggs but other eggs. At least I want to eliminate having the same side dish all week long."
He then proposed, "Let me nag freely about cooking on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays each week," and Soyul shook her head, saying, "I want to stop hearing nagging now." She then offered an opposing wish, saying, "I will put up a request to repeal the nagging ban." Soyul suggested, "Extend the nagging ban for 20 more years," and Moon Hee-jun shot back, "You might not even live to 20. Don't say ridiculous things." Eventually Soyul settled on the wish, "Extend the nagging ban for three more months."
Afterwards Soyul made a beef salad, and Moon Hee-jun made a hanwoo hamburger. The judge was their daughter Hee-yul, and the winner chosen by Hee-yul was Moon Hee-jun. After handing out the Christmas presents prepared for the i-dle, the two began their meal in earnest with Hee-yul. Moon Hee-jun ate the hamburger he made and marveled, "It's really so delicious," and Soyul, curious, said, "I'll just take one bite." Moon Hee-jun said, "Just eat a little. Just taste it," and Soyul replied, "Okay. My mouth is small anyway," yet took a big bite, bringing laughter.
Moon Hee-jun grumbled, "Ah, really! I ate the king meat inside. There's a hole inside. They put the king meat in the middle. The biggest piece of meat," and when she asked for another bite he begged, "Don't take it," and snapped, "Ah! My lower lip touched my finger."
The producers were surprised at Soyul's unexpected trait, saying, "Your mouth is really big, more than we thought," and Moon Hee-jun recounted, "It's big. I suffered a lot. 'Just one bite of the burger' and she eats half and laughs like that. At that moment I really didn't want to get married. For that moment. I thought, 'If I marry this woman I'll be stressed every time she eats,' but it escalated," revealing the anecdote and drawing laughs.
Meanwhile, Soyul surprised the public by announcing a sudden marriage shortly after suspending activities in 2016 due to panic disorder. At the time she denied premarital pregnancy rumors, but the following May, three months after the wedding, she gave birth to their first daughter Hee-yul, revealing the premarital pregnancy. Later, in 2022 she held her son Hee-woo in her arms, becoming parents of two children.
