Ahn Bo-hyun and Cha Seo-won aim straight for women's hearts with starkly contrasting charms in "Spring Fever."
The new tvN Monday-Tuesday drama "Spring Fever," directed by Park Won-guk and written by Kim Ah-jung, set to premiere Jan. 5, 2026, is a hot pink romance of spring days that will melt even the frozen heart of teacher Yoon Bom (played by Lee Joo-bin), who faces biting winds, and the man with a burning heart, Sun Jae-gyu (played by Ahn Bo-hyun).
The meeting of reliable actors Ahn Bo-hyun and Lee Joo-bin, combined with director Park Won-guk of Marry My Husband, which recorded the highest ratings in tvN Monday-Tuesday drama history, has attracted attention, and today (the 19th) stills of Ahn Bo-hyun and Cha Seo-won were released, eliciting cheers from viewers.
Ahn Bo-hyun plays Sun Jae-gyu, a person of concern whose outrageous behavior stirs up the town. By contrast, Cha Seo-won exudes an aura opposite to Jae-gyu's freewheeling, tough energy as Choi Yi-jun, an elite lawyer who boasts an impeccable career.
In the released stills, the two give off completely different atmospheres, creating a strange tension. Jae-gyu's rugged charm is revealed by a tight short-sleeve T-shirt and a tattoo exposed on one arm, while Yi-jun's coldness is emphasized by pomade hair and a perfect suit fit, conveying the two characters' polar-opposite appeals in full.
