Actor Park Bo-gum delivers a restrained confession of love.
Park Bo-gum's vocal performance of the tvN Reply 1988 10th anniversary Part 1 OST "Everyday with You" will be released today (19th) at 6 p.m. on various music sites.
After previously receiving strong responses for his remake of Jeok Jae's "Let's Go See the Stars," Park Bo-gum served as the host of KBS music program The Seasons - Park Bo-gum's Cantabile and has been known as an actor who combines top-tier singing ability and piano performance skills, drawing even more attention to his participation in this OST.
"Everyday with You" is a track included on the 1980s rock band Deulgukhwa's first studio album and is a steady seller beloved to this day for its timeless lyrics and soft, warm melody. It was also remade by Girl's Day member Sojin during the airing of Reply 1988, delivering great emotion and remaining widely recalled.
Reborn as a 10th anniversary OST, "Everyday with You" features Park Bo-gum, who played the role of Taek in the drama, not only on vocals but also participating directly in the piano performance to heighten authenticity. With Park Bo-gum's characteristically sweet voice confessing a restrained love, he is expected to deliver the song's emotional line more deeply and leave a lasting impression.
In addition, composer Yoo Jung-hyun, who arranged songs such as "In Front of the Post Office in Autumn" sung by Kim Dae-myung in Hospital Playlist 2 and "Running" sung by Go Youn-jung, Shin Si A, Kang Yoo-seok, and Han Ye-ji in Resident Playbook, contributed to complete a warm and sweet acoustic sound.
