Group BOYNEXTDOOR's digital single '오늘만 I LOVE YOU' proved to be this year's biggest hit.
'오늘만 I LOVE YOU' ranked fourth on the Korea chart of TikTok's Year In Music, a year-end settlement of account report released on the 18th. It is the highest ranking among K-pop groups.
'오늘만 I LOVE YOU' has been showing its status as a hit by appearing high on various annual charts. On Apple Music Korea's 'Top 100 of the year', it ranked seventh, the highest among all boy groups. It was also included in NME's '25 best K-pop songs of the year', and appeared on Spotify Korea's 'Top tracks 2025' in Spotify's 2025 Wrapped year-end settlement of account. It was listed in Google's 'Year in Search 2025' under the 'K-pop song' institutional sector. It stood out in both streaming performance and search volume, proving it enjoyed sensational popularity throughout the year.
Released in January this year, the song is showing enduring popularity on the latest charts. It ranked 37th on Melon's latest weekly chart (aggregation period: Dec. 8-14), a barometer of mainstream popularity. It was 41st two weeks earlier, jumped to 36th last week, up five spots, and has since steadily remained in the top 40. It has also re-entered Instagram's 'Reels rising audio' chart dated the 14th, among other signs of strong interest.
BOYNEXTDOOR (Seongho, Liu, Myeong Jaehyeon, Taesan, Ihan, Unhak) showed strong growth in the Japanese music market this year. According to Oricon's 'Annual Ranking 2025' released on the 17th (aggregation period: Dec. 23, 2024–Dec. 15, 2025), their second Japanese single, 'BOYLIFE', ranked 23rd on the annual single ranking. It is the highest rank among K-pop groups that debuted in the same period and the third highest among all Korean artists. Their mini album 4 'No Genre' and mini album 5 'The Action', both released this year, also appeared on the annual album ranking, demonstrating their local influence.
