'I AM BOXER' is generating heated interest by previewing the final in advance.
tvN 'I AM BOXER' (director Lee Won-woong, writer Kang Sook-kyung) ranked 4th in the TV non-drama buzz category and 2nd in TV and OTT Friday non-drama buzz in the second week of Dec. according to a Dec. 16 (Tue) survey by K-content competitiveness analysis firm Good Data Corporation FUNdex (FUNdex). In addition, FlixPatrol, a site that aggregates global OTT platform content viewing rankings, recorded it at No. 10 worldwide in the Disney+ TV shows category as of Dec. 15 (Mon), entering the top 10 consecutively and demonstrating its global dominance.
In episode 5, which will air on Dec. 19 (Fri), the third fight and three rings continue. In particular, a big match between the strongest fighters that resembles a final will be revealed: former kickboxing heavyweight champion Myung Hyun-man and Kim Dong-hoe, the 'boxing ghost' who has been writing a legend of consecutive wins at the national sports festival, will face off in a cage ring match.
