The group ENHYPEN (ENHYPEN) revealed mysterious new album spoilers ahead of their comeback, piquing the curiosity of global fans.
ENHYPEN (Jungwon, Heeseung, Jay, Jake, Sunghoon, Sunoo, Ni-ki) posted six short-form videos featuring each member on the team's official social media on the afternoon of the 16th. As they have announced the release of their mini album 7, "THE SIN : VANISH," on Jan. 16, the videos are presumed to contain hints about the album.
Jungwon hurriedly turns in the direction where Jay is after Jay shouts, "NO way, come back," and Heeseung wears a startled expression at the sharp sound when chewing jelly. In a brief moment where they steal each other's belongings and reconcile, a caption reading, "You're such a good stealer!" appears above Jungwon and Jake.
On Sunoo's spoon as he eats cereal lies the letters "BGDC," and Sunghoon and Ni-ki show off their quirky sides as they ask each other where the lost island is. Finally, Jake falls asleep after leaving an affectionate farewell to himself saying, "Sleep tight."
While ENHYPEN's cheerful charm in each video brings smiles, fans are offering various theories about what the skits shown by the members might mean. Their distinct dark fantasy narrative, built through unique concepts and storytelling on every album, has heightened curiosity about the new music they will present.
"THE SIN : VANISH" is ENHYPEN's first new release in about six months and opens a new album series themed on "sin." Earlier, Belift Lab Inc. said the album "deals with absolute taboos condemned in the 'vampire society,' the setting of ENHYPEN's album narrative," and added, "It depicts the story of a vampire couple who choose to run away to protect their love."
ENHYPEN's world tour "WALK THE LINE" was ranked fourth on Billboard Boxscore's list of "Top 10 Highest Grossing K-Pop Tours of the Year" for 2025. This year they not only sold out shows across the United States and Europe but also reached milestones by performing at Tokyo's Ajinomoto Stadium and Osaka's Yanmar Stadium.
