The group VERIVERY is drawing up records of popularity as it wraps up various stages.
VERIVERY on the broadcast of 'Show! Music Core' on the afternoon of the 13th gave fans a time filled with VERIVERY by presenting the youngest member Kangmin's special MC activities and staging the title track 'RED (Beggin')'. In particular, Kangmin took on the special MC role with Choi Lip-woo, whom he became acquainted with through Mnet's 'Boys Planet 2', and displayed hosting skills that perfectly fit the 'Show! Music Core' MC style, bringing smiles to fans' faces.
VERIVERY, who made a comeback to the music scene after 2 years and 7 months by releasing their fourth single album 'Lost and Found' on Dec. 1, charted first on the Hanteo Chart in real time as of Dec. 1 and first on the daily chart as of Dec. 2, and followed by charting on various music charts such as Melon HOT 100 and Bugs TOP 100. All tracks included on the album, including the title track 'RED (Beggin')', 'empty', and 'Cotton candy (Flame us)', entered the charts, delivering overwhelming emotion to fans at every moment with records and activities that boast a momentum undiminished by their hiatus.
With their comeback, VERIVERY received hot attention from foreign media, making them feel the stature of a global idol representing K-pop. The U.S. business magazine Forbes covered VERIVERY's comeback in depth in its Dec. 1 article, extensively running interviews with the members, and Amazon Music's playlist 'K-Boys' featured VERIVERY on its cover.
The album's theme of 'han' and the title track 'RED (Beggin')', which interpolates the Four Seasons' classic 'Beggin'', once again proved K-pop's influence. The music video for 'RED (Beggin')' surpassed 10 million views as of the 14th, and the original 'Beggin'' released by the Four Seasons in 1967, as well as versions remade by Madcon and Måneskin, have been reexamined among domestic and Japanese fans, creating a reversal trend and generating huge anticipation for the musical synergy VERIVERY will create.
Moreover, on KBS 2TV's MUSIC BANK, where competition among returning K-pop artists is fiercer than ever, 'RED (Beggin')' achieved the feat of ranking first on the K-chart for the second week of December (counting period Dec. 1–7).
Having concluded their comeback activities with such dazzling records and achievements, VERIVERY will hold '2026 VERIVERY FANMEETING "Hello VERI Long Time"' on Jan. 3 in Singapore and on Jan. 18 in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. Expectations are building for VERIVERY's global activities in 2026.
