Comedian Park Na-rae and her former managers have remained in conflict, and the situation when they met for a dawn settlement was reported.

Amid ongoing disputes over the truth between Park Na-rae and her former managers, on the 8th Park Na-rae said she had resolved misunderstandings and distrust with the managers. However, that was not true.
A former manager of Park Na-rae said, "Around 1 a.m. on the 8th Park Na-rae called me first. I went because she said she wanted to settle, but she appealed emotionally for three hours." He added that Park Na-rae showed photos while saying things like, "We went on an overseas shoot and ate delicious food. We saw the sea," and drank alone.
He also said that during the conversation she suddenly played music and asked to keep going to a noraebang, which the manager refused. That noraebang was the karaoke room in Park Na-rae's home.
The former manager said he went out after receiving Park Na-rae's call to finish the situation with acknowledgement, apology and a settlement in mind, but that Park Na-rae only appealed emotionally.
As an expression of remorse, Park Na-rae told the former manager, "Why did we end up like this? I want to go back to how we were. I hope you work with me again. We were good together." The former manager thought Park Na-rae might have mistaken this remark for an apology.
At the settlement meeting, the former manager's condition worsened and he vomited in the bathroom. But Park Na-rae allegedly said, "Anyone can vomit. I do, too."
In the end they reached no conclusion and the former manager went home around 6 a.m. But Park Na-rae's side said, "There was no opportunity to talk with the parties involved so misunderstandings built up. She confronted the former manager and resolved misunderstandings and distrust."
Meanwhile, on the 15th Park Jeong-bo, commissioner of the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency, said at a regular press conference held at the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency in Jongno District, Seoul, "There are five cases in which Park Na-rae has been accused and one case in which Park Na-rae's side filed a complaint, for a total of six cases being currently investigating at each police station."
Park Na-rae's former managers filed a complaint with Gangnam Police Station accusing Park Na-rae of special injury, defamation by false facts, and violation of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection (defamation), alleging workplace harassment, verbal abuse, special injury, proxy prescriptions, unpaid host fees and other claims.
Investigations related to Park Na-rae are being conducted by Gangnam Police Station and Yongsan Police Station in Seoul. On the 5th Park Na-rae filed a complaint accusing the former managers who submitted complaints of attempted extortion, and that complaint is being investigated by Yongsan Police Station. The matter related to Nurse Lee is being currently investigating by Gangnam Police Station.
Police said, "We understand that special assault and matters related to the Medical Service Act are the main issues." Regarding "Nurse Lee," they explained, "It was just received, so complainant and accused investigations have not been conducted."
Police said, "This is the point at which the investigation has just begun," and "We will investigate strictly according to procedure."
