Group Monsta X (MONSTA X) continues to sail smoothly on the U.S. 'Jingle Ball Tour.'
Monsta X took the stage at the 2025 iHeartRadio Jingle Ball Tour held at the Xfinity Mobile Arena in Philadelphia on the 15th (local time). From their appearance that day, which caught the audience's attention, Monsta X adorned the stage with not only powerful energy but also intense performances and Monsta X's unique sensibility, adding to their Jingle Ball Tour activities following their New York show on the 12th.
Opening with the title track N the Front from THE X, released last September, Monsta X demonstrated the stage command befitting a group in its 10th year by maintaining unshakable live vocals amid dynamic choreography.
Next came the baby blue performance, which was premiered at the New York show and drew a hot response. Amid cheers from the audience in attendance, Monsta X approached close to the crowd and delivered delicate vocals while making eye contact with fans, imprinting another facet of their appeal.
Warmly interacting with the audience and further warming the venue, Monsta X raised immersion with a soft, compelling tone and a sensory performance using a standing microphone for the title track of their first U.S. full-length album, MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT. Then, with SOMEONE'S SOMEONE's even more diverse emotions, they added to the year-end atmosphere as the audience waved their hands overhead in unison, creating a moving moment, and the resounding singing of fans once again made clear their global popularity.
Finally, reversing the mood with Do What I Want's free-spirited yet hip performance to complete a rich set, Monsta X ended the show to the audience's enthusiastic response.
Monsta X also participated in interviews with local media including iHeartRadio and Z100 New York radio, People magazine, USA TODAY Life, StyleCaster, and Q102 Philly, answering various questions and interacting more closely with fans, adding meaning to this Jingle Ball Tour, and Rolling Stone also highlighted their performance, demonstrating their global influence.
Through their agency Starship Entertainment, leader Shownu said he was happy and thankful to be able to meet overseas fans in various regions again through the Jingle Ball Tour. He said the New York show received a lot of support from the audience, so they prepared this stage diligently, and he felt proud that many people fortunately liked it. He noted he would never forget the sight of the audience waving their hands along to SOMEONE'S SOMEONE. He expressed regret that IM could not join this time but said he would think of him as being together and finish well to the end. He asked Monbebe (the official fan club name) for much expectation and support, saying they would prepare harder for the remaining shows and show them.
Global artists including AJR, Zara Larsson, and Laufey joined this show. Among them, Monsta X, who decorated the stage with a distinctive color and proved a wide musical spectrum as well as the nickname "reliable performers," will continue the Jingle Ball Tour at Capital One Arena in Washington, D.C., on the 16th (local time) and Kaseya Center in Miami on the 20th. Monsta X will conclude this year's Jingle Ball Tour after the Miami show on the 20th and will hold their new world tour THE X : NEXUS at Seoul KSPO DOME (formerly Olympic Gymnastics Arena) for three days from Jan. 30 to Feb. 1.
