Actress Son Na-eun grants a role in "Kim Bu-jang."
Son Na-eun will play Sang-ah in SBS's new Friday-Saturday drama "Kim Bu-jang," written by Nam Dae-joong and directed by Lee Seung-young and Lee So-eun, scheduled to premiere in 2026.
"Kim Bu-jang" is a drama about Kim Bu-jang (played by So Ji-seop), an ordinary father and small-town man, who reveals a secret that must never be known to find his beloved daughter and stakes everything to save her.
In the drama, Son Na-eun plays Sang-ah, a coworker at Kim Bu-jang's company who holds a secret. Viewers are left wondering what hidden story he has.
Son Na-eun has consistently continued her acting career across genres in works such as "Daepungsu," "Mujasik Sangpalja," "Second 20," "Cinderella and Four Knights," "Would You Like to Have Dinner Together," "Lost," "Ghost Doctor," "The Agency," "Family X Melo," and "The Tale of Lady Ok."
In particular, Son Na-eun has steadily built her filmography by showing different faces in each work. From a urbane chaebol third generation to the realistic image of an eldest daughter, she has broadened her acting range and solidified her position, and expectations are high to see what new charms she will show through "Kim Bu-jang."
The SBS Friday-Saturday drama "Kim Bu-jang," in which Son Na-eun grants a role, will air next year.
Meanwhile, Son Na-eun's former group Apink is set to make a comeback on Jan. 15 next year.
