'Let's live together' Lee Eun-gyeol revealed why he gave up being DINK.
On the afternoon of the 15th, KBS2 entertainment show Park Won-sook's Let's Live Together aired, where illusionist Lee Eun-gyeol gave a special performance for Sa Gong-ju.
Facing his 10th wedding anniversary, Lee Eun-gyeol said, "I had a child in the fifth year of marriage," adding, "actually I didn't intend to have a child. So I tried to persuade my wife. 'Let's just live together. I'm not confident I'll be a good father,' I said, but my wife was someone who had every chance of becoming a good mother. I worried later that she might miss the chance to be a good mother, but fortunately the child came then," he said.
Hye-eun asked, "When the child reached what age did you feel you made the right decision to have them?" and Lee Eun-gyeol replied, "When the child was almost a year old I saw emotional expression and felt it then. Rather than resembling me, I thought expressing emotion is an amazing thing," adding, "from then on it looked like I had fallen in love with the child."
Lee Eun-gyeol also said with a laugh, "People say children grow on their own, but from what I see it's because fathers don't see how mothers raise them. The reason people say 'they grow on their own' is because mothers take care of them on their own."
