Han Ga-eul, a rookie actress who is Won Bin's paternal niece, attracted attention by relaying Won Bin's recent status on his behalf.
On the 14th, Lee Si-eon's YouTube channel 'Si-eon's Cool' featured Kian84, Lee Guk-ju, Han Ga-eul and others, saying "We hosted the Si-eon's Cool family and made kimchi."
Four people including Lee Si-eon talked about various topics while making kimchi, and at that time Kian84 asked Han Ga-eul, "You must be getting a lot of questions these days: Is Brother Won Bin doing well?" Han Ga-eul replied on her uncle's behalf, saying, "Yes."
Han Ga-eul debuted in 2022 in singer Nam Young-ju's music video "Again, Dream" and is currently signed to Story J Company, the agency of Seo In-guk, under an exclusive contract. She also appeared in this year's MBC Friday-Saturday drama To the Moon. Han Ga-eul is the daughter of Won Bin's older sister and is his first cousin once removed. The news drew considerable attention when it became known.
Kian84 asked, "But aren't those (Won Bin-related) questions a bit annoying?" and Han Ga-eul said, "No. But I don't get asked much." Kian84 joked, "Won Bin probably won't come on YouTube, right? Lee Guk-ju, who did not know about the Won Bin–Han Ga-eul relationship, said, "What is it? I didn't know," and Han Ga-eul revealed, "My uncle is (Won Bin)," surprising those around her again. Lee Guk-ju said, "Won Bin is your uncle? Since the release of the 2010 film The Man from Nowhere, Won Bin has not been active as an actor. He has stopped his main profession for a full 15 years, continuing only advertising work, and sometimes shows his face in recent photos.
