"Let's live together" Lee Eun-gyeol confessed to stage fright.
On the afternoon of the 15th, the KBS2 entertainment show Park Won-sook's Let's Live Together featured illusionist Lee Eun-gyeol performing a special show for Sa Gong-ju.
Lee Eun-gyeol, who began magic in the third year of middle school, said, "I was introverted, so I signed up after seeing an advertisement for a magic academy at my parents' recommendation. I started because of my parents' encouragement, but magic was so fun that I lived as an otaku throughout high school. I was completely obsessed while living as a fan."
In response to the question, "Don't you get nervous when you stand on stage?" he said, "Actually, I have stage fright. I started magic because I was introverted, and that personality doesn't completely change. On stage I adopt a stage persona, but in reality I always fight stage fright. I always tremble when I put something new on stage," adding, "I just don't like going to crowded places in everyday life. Even before I started performing, I didn't like noisy places. On stage there are flashy lights and people shouting. My MBTI is INFJ."
Hwang Seok-jung and Park Won-sook said, "Nice to meet you. I'm an INFJ too," and Hwang Seok-jung said, "Before I go on stage I think, 'Am I crazy, why am I doing this,' but I go out trembling anyway."
Lee Eun-gyeol said, "It takes me some time too. About 20 to 30 minutes before a performance I have music and a routine I listen to. I watch clips of Jim Carrey and Michael Jackson and imagine how I should stand on stage with them, and I become possessed by that," revealing his own method.
