WJSN's Dayoung transformed into a solo singer and revealed behind-the-scenes of her music video.
On the afternoon of the 14th, KBS2 variety show Boss, ears are donkey ears (hereafter Boss Donkey Ears) aired episodes featuring announcer Eom Ji-in and CEO Lee Soon-sil, a defector from North Korea. Special MC WJSN's Dayoung made an appearance.
Recently debuting as a solo artist after leaving the girl group WJSN and having lost a remarkable 12kg, Dayoung attracted attention with a striking image, including an emaciated figure and a radical makeover.
Jun Hyun-moo and Kim Sook praised, "She successfully transformed from WJSN's jewel-like youngest member into a solo artist. She took first place on a music show with her first solo title track 'body'," and added, "She went to the U.S. and handled everything herself to shoot the music video," expressing congratulations and amazement.
Dayoung revealed behind-the-scenes, saying, "Because I'm J, I wanted to prepare 60% and bring it, so I secretly started preparing," and, "I said I wanted to go on vacation to the U.S., so I went there, made music there and brought it to the boss, and the boss said, 'This is it.'"
Jun Hyun-moo praised, "She personally contacted the music video director, producers and everyone and completed it," and Park Myung-soo marveled, "A thirsty person digs the well himself; she did it herself and succeeded. She's my junior, but I respect her, I respect her."
Park Myung-soo requested, "Since it's come up, can't you sing just one line of 'body'?" and Dayoung immediately stepped to the center of the stage to perform the choreography, capturing attention.
