Group EXO member Lay announced he would be absent from the fan meeting on the day.
On the 14th, SM Entertainment posted on its fan community platform, "Due to unavoidable circumstances, member Lay is unable to attend the fan meeting."
That day SM said, "We ask for the understanding of fans who have waited a long time and supported us as we inform you of the sudden change in participating members, and please check the ticket cancellation and refund policy due to the change in participating members."
With Lay absent, the members participating in this EXO fan meeting are Suho, Chanyeol, D.O., Kai and Sehun.
Meanwhile, EXO will hold the fan meeting 'EXO'verse' (Exoverse) at Inspire Arena in Incheon on the 14th at 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. EXO will revisit memories with EXO-Ls through performances of hit songs including the winter song "First Snow," and will also premiere a stage for new songs included on the album.
