'Extreme 84' Kian84 emphasized the importance of English.
On the 14th, the MBC entertainment show "Extreme 84" depicted Kian84 and Kwon Hwa-woon joining a large running crew in South Africa.
That day Kian84 joined Kwon Hwa-woon's travel style of meeting and running with running crews in overseas regions and went to meet an overseas running crew for the first time in his life.
They visited Camps Bay beach, Cape Town's representative resort and a runners' paradise, and met the crew leader couple of a large running crew of more than 600 people.
Crew members gathered one by one. Kian84 used an English translator to attempt conversation. In a difficult situation, he said from a distance, "Partly because I was a little scared to run before a marathon event I couldn't mix in, but basically when there are many people I don't mix well."
By contrast, Kwon Hwa-woon, busy making friends, went into the crew and tried to converse. After Kian84 failed trying to converse in short English, he said, "Everyone, work hard on your English. If you don't work hard on English it's awkward. There's more joy in talking alone than in talking with a group," and added, "It's awkward to death. Let's run quickly," drawing laughter.
