This is a review article written after watching the broadcast.
'Extreme 84' Kian84 was impressed by Kwon Hwa-woon's second-place finish.
On the 14th broadcast of the MBC entertainment program 'Extreme 84,' Kian84 was shown writing a running journal after completing his first trail marathon challenge.
That day Kian84 recalled of the trail marathon, "I tried it for the first time and it was a completely different kind of pain. I kept up well on the 10km downhill, but at 20km my body sent signals. My throat was so dry that I drank water. When I drank water and ran, I felt nauseous and threw it all up. Maybe the lions or cheetahs in that area smelled my vomit and were looking for me."
He continued, "I really couldn't run that uphill this time. I was about to give up, but our Extreme 84 crew said let's not give up. I ran with the mindset of just finishing the race."
While Kian84 ran with the goal of finishing, Kwon Hwa-woon drew attention by showcasing tremendous running speed and stamina and finishing second overall.
About this, Kian84 said, "The most important thing is Hwa-woon got second. He's insane. He's out of his mind. It was as if he discovered his talent then; inside this friend's cocoon is DNA made for running," drawing laughter.
At the same time, Kian84, as the leader of the 'Extreme crew,' said he had to see it through to the end and commented, "It feels like the accumulated poisons have been released."
