Singer Eun Ji-won directly explained about vasectomy.
On the Oct. 13 broadcast of KBS2 variety show Mr. House Husband season 2 (hereinafter Mr. House Husband), the episode "ginseng expedition" of siblings Park Seo-jin and Hyo-jung and Shin Seung-tae was revealed.
Park Seo-jin tried to curb Shin Seung-tae's screen time after his outstanding performance, and Shin Seung-tae, eager to become a regular on "Mr. House Husband," suggested, "Seeing Ji Sang-ryeol hyung, he went on dates and even dated after appearing here. How about I date through 'Mr. House Husband' too?" Hearing this, Park Seo-jin sharply rejected him, saying, "Nope, that's enough," and MC Eun Ji-won lamented, "How can you throw away that kind of material? He asked you to connect him. That's what the producers want," expressing regret. Park Seo-jin strongly opposed, saying, "Why do that through Mr. House Husband? If you force that guy's story here, it would be a waste of Mr. House Husband's footage," drawing laughter.
Park Seo-jin's younger sister asked, "Isn't he not a virgin?" and Shin Seung-tae replied, "At my age I can't be a virgin." Park Seo-jin delivered a blunt reality check, saying, "How old are you? Even if you went and came back, it's that kind of age. Even if someone has a child, they could have two or three."
In particular, Park Seo-jin mentioned vasectomy, asking, "Did you get yours tied too?" and Eun Ji-won, watching the VCR, exploded, "You didn't get tied, man!" which prompted roaring laughter from those around him.
Earlier, Eun Ji-won had said on Mr. House Husband before his remarriage, "I'm finished. I got it tied," claiming he had had a vasectomy.
Park Seo-jin told Eun Ji-won, who recently remarried, "Then the shaman was right. He said a baby could be born in two to three years," and Eun Ji-won replied, "That's something you don't know."
At the same time, when his past comment about having had a vasectomy came up, Eun Ji-won repeatedly explained, "I didn't get tied. I was joking."
Meanwhile, Eun Ji-won announced his remarriage in June of this year to a longtime stylist nine years younger, and in October he held a private wedding with only close relatives invited. Eun Ji-won also said of plans for children, "If one comes naturally, I will accept it."
