KBS2 'Immortal Songs' (directed by Kim Hyung-seok and Choi Seung-beom / hereafter 'Immortal Songs') is indisputably the top music variety program that has continued its history for more than 700 episodes. Today (13th) episode 735 will air the "2025 year-end special — family vocal battle" special.
Yun Min-su provokes laughter with playful back-and-forth banter with his mother, Kim Kyung-ja. Yun Min-su opens by boasting about his mother's singing, saying, "I grew up hearing my mother's voice a lot. She always sang while cooking and doing laundry." Shortly after, attention turns when the mood shifts over Yun Min-su's new hairstyle. When Yun Min-su introduced it, saying, "I changed my hairstyle because I needed a change. Kim Kyung-ja drew attention by saying she learned of Yun Min-su's divorce through news articles. Kim Kyung-ja calmly said, "I search Yun Min-su every morning and learned it from the articles," then coolly expressed respect, saying, "(Divorce is) something they handle themselves. He was so good I was surprised." She then said, "Now that we're here, I want to be first. Wouldn't it be good if the views increase a lot too?" not hiding her desire and causing uproarious laughter. Expectations are rising about what stage the 'view count powerhouses' Yun Min-su and Kim Kyung-ja father-and-son duo will present.
