Kim Ha-seong said he bulked up for baseball.
On the 12th, MBC I Live Alone (hereafter I Live Alone) aired and baseball player Kim Ha-seong appeared.
Kim Ha-seong said, "When I was young I was so skinny that I felt weak. I bulked up because I wanted to gain strength," revealing worries from his past. He continued, "When I joined I was 68kg. I was 20. I wanted to be a shortstop who hits home runs, so now I have reached 90kg. I maintain the level I had when I delivered good performances," he explained.
After exercising, Kim Ha-seong went grocery shopping and returned home. Player Kim Jae-hyeon and a coach visited Kim Ha-seong's home. They enjoyed a tasty meal prepared by Kim Ha-seong while talking.
Recalling the period when he was adjusting to life in the United States, Kim Ha-seong said, "I developed (stress-induced) hair loss. I was very lonely and having a hard time. The message was not to suffer alone but to suffer together. They came to talk with me," saying he gave the coach a plane ticket to the U.S.
After the meal, they went to an internet cafe and enjoyed gaming. Kim Ha-seong said in an excited voice, "I'm the best over there. My rank is lieutenant colonel. My recent ranked match results haven't been bad," and Jun Hyun-moo said he gets more excited talking about it than about baseball, drawing laughter.
