DAY6 will release the Christmas special single "Lovin' the Christmas" on Dec. 15. Ahead of that, JYP Entertainment opened Advent calendar teasers for Sungjin and Young K on the group's official Instagram, and on the afternoon of the 11th posted abundant content including Wonpil's calendar cover, handwritten notes, a voice message and individual photos.
With an image showing a lovely expression that captivated My Day (fandom name: My Day), Wonpil conveyed warmth in a voice message saying, My Day, are you having a warm winter? I prepared a gift for our My Day that warms the heart just thinking about it, "Lovin' the Christmas," so please wait just a little until Dec. 15. Thank you so much for being by DAY6's side this year, and I love you. Let's have a comforting Christmas together.
The new digital single "Lovin' the Christmas" is drawing attention as DAY6's first season song since their debut. After Sungjin and Young K previewed a romantic mood with handwritten notes, Wonpil also increased curiosity about the full song by handwriting the lyrics "Fallin' in love with Christmas 사랑이 넘치니까 따스한 겨울."
DAY6 will hold three solo concerts titled 2025 DAY6 Special Concert "The Present" at the KSPO DOME in Olympic Park, Songpa-gu, Seoul from the 19th to the 21st. On the final performance day, the 21st, an online paid live broadcast will be held simultaneously through the Beyond LIVE platform along with the offline concert. Meanwhile, DAY6's season song "Lovin' the Christmas" will be available on various music sites at 6 p.m. on the 15th (Mon).
