Amid excitement for the start and passion for the work, the actors displayed such perfect chemistry that it belied it being their first time working together, heating up the scene with their acting passion.
In particular, Jin Se-yeon, who plays Gong Ju-a, a responsible and passionate fashion designer, and Park Ki-woong, who plays the romantic, unrequited lover Yang Hyun-bin, showcased exceptional character interpretation and freely displayed acting synergy. Also, Kim Seung-soo, who plays Gong Jeong-han, the warm and straightforward head of the medical group, and Yoo Ho-jeong, who plays Han Seong-mi, cold and realistic outside but devoted and warm at home as a mother and daughter-in-law, as well as Kim Hyung-mook, who plays Yang Dong-ik, an acupuncturist at Yangjibareun Oriental Clinic with many stories and life's ups and downs, and So Yi-hyun, who plays Cha Se-ri, the queen of domestic support who entered the world of the 'have-nots,' delivered the actors' pleasant and sometimes thrilling chemistry that raised expectations for the broadcast.
Moreover, at the script reading, veteran actors whose names alone inspire deep trust—Kim Mi-sook, Joo Jin-mo, Choi Dae-cheol, Jo Mi-ryeong, Kim Seon-bin, Yoon Seo-ah—and the passionate energy of newcomers created synergy and delivered a profound resonance on site. In addition, a variety of strong performances completed the piece even more vividly.
After the script reading, Jin Se-yeon said, "There is an early scene where Gong Ju-a doubts Yang Hyun-bin's character, investigates and becomes curious, and I think that part is a point that can really show the character's charm," and "I think we laughed a lot during the script reading. Please give us a lot of interest and love."
Park Ki-woong added, "Yang Hyun-bin is free-spirited, but beneath that there is sadness and lack. However, he is a professionally complex character in his work, so I think he will be a character who can be greatly loved. Our work is very harmless. So it's hard to wait and I want to see it quickly," raising interest in the premiere.
Kim Seung-soo also said, "I felt as if I could see the drama in my head. It's been a long time since I greeted you with a heartwarming weekend drama," and Yoo Ho-jeong said, "It already feels like an old family. We will prepare hard and come to you in good form. Please give us a lot of interest and love."
Finally, Kim Hyung-mook left a request, saying, "I hope it becomes a drama that people watch together in front of the TV on weekends and can talk about and reflect on the week together," and So Yi-hyun said, "My character says what she has to say without being too disliked, so I hope people won't hate her too much. I will do my best to act so I can show many facets," raising prospective viewers' curiosity.
