Meanwhile, Kim So-young married Oh Sang-jin in 2017 and has a daughter. After her broadcasting activities, she used her severance pay to open a bookstore and went into business; she now runs four businesses including live commerce, health functional foods, and a skincare brand.
Recently, together with her husband Oh Sang-jin, she sold a building in Hannam-dong, Yongsan District, Seoul, which they purchased in 2017 for 2.3 billion won, for 9.6 billion won, drawing attention by realizing a capital gain of around 3.6 billion won.
