Artist Kixo (KIXO) will release a new song aimed at winter sensibilities.
Kixo will release the new song "First Snow (FIRST SNOW)" from the season-based music project "Seasons of Love 0.4 : Winter" at 6 p.m. on the 12th through various music streaming sites. This is the fourth work in the project, a ballad that expresses the air and emotions of winter with warm analog sound.
Seasons of Love is a seasonal music project overseen and produced by Kixo that explores each season's sensibility and moments of love as a single theme. Each track features collaborations with different artists to musically reinterpret the temperature, color and memories of a season.
Earlier releases as part of the project, such as "Is Love a Sin? (Feat. 10CM, B.I)" and EXO member Suho (SUHO)'s "When the first snow comes," proved their public appeal and musicality and received a positive response, and the new song "First Snow" will be released as a continuation of the lyrical winter lineup.
"First Snow" blends warm analog-based instruments, lyrical string arrangements and calmly settling vocals to capture the quiet atmosphere unique to winter. Rather than showiness, the sound focuses on space, temperature, reverberation and longing, with an emotional approach that quietly lets feelings for someone who has gone fall like the first snow.
Kixo, the composer of "Let's Call It Affection" and the overall director of the "Seasons of Love" project, has built his own musical style based on producing collaborations with artists such as 10CM, B.I and Big Naughty. Kixo also directly produced this new song, capturing the season's color and texture more delicately.
Kixo said, "I sang a small piece of the heart left in the winter landscape," and added, "Like quietly falling snow, I hope the music brings comfort," raising expectations among music fans.
Kixo's "Seasons of Love" project new song "First Snow" will be released at 6 p.m. on the 12th through various music streaming sites. A live video of "First Snow" will be released on Dingo Music's official YouTube channel at 6 p.m. on the 15th, and fans are looking forward to a live performance that will offer a different emotional experience from the recorded track.
