Rock band Y2K (Go Jae-geun, Matsuo Yuichi, Matsuo Koji) will officially begin the second act of their musical careers.
Y2K will hold a solo fan meeting and concert, Y2K Still Rising Ever-Evolving Live, on Feb. 7 next year at the Musinsa Garage in Mapo District, Seoul. The concert title captures the members' footsteps as they each grew in their respective places during a long hiatus and, beginning with their reunion, conveys the identity of the current Y2K that is constantly evolving, once again thrilling the hearts of fans who come to the venue.
This concert carries special meaning as it is the formal occasion for the three members, who have steadily pursued music while traveling between Korea and Japan, to come together again and be with the fans who have long awaited their reunion.
This year Y2K appeared on MBN's Hanil Top Ten Show and the 2025 Busan International Rock Festival, drawing reactions such as a "highly polished performance that recreates their heyday" and a "return of a legend." Through their solo concert, Y2K plans to communicate directly with fans, offering unforgettable joy and emotion with an all-time best setlist that stirs memories and a highly polished stage production.
Rockin' Korea said, "All staff are wholeheartedly preparing to give a great performance, as both artists and fans have long hoped for this. We ask for much anticipation for Y2K's path, which will begin creating a new legend with this concert."
Meanwhile, reservations for the Y2K solo fan meeting and concert, Y2K Still Rising Ever-Evolving Live, will be available from the 17th through 29CM and Melon Ticket.
