The group Xikers won the K-POP Award at the Korea Culture and Entertainment Awards.
Xikers received the honor of winning the K-POP Award at the Korea Culture and Entertainment Awards held at the Grand Hyatt Seoul on the 10th.
Now in its 33rd year, the Korea Culture and Entertainment Awards is a comprehensive arts awards ceremony that encompasses various domestic and international cultural and artistic fields such as film, drama, popular music, K-POP and musical theater. Candidates are selected based on a combination of netizen votes and evaluations by culture and entertainment experts for cultural and entertainment artists active during the year.
Xikers, who conquered stages around the world with their energetic performances, was named the recipient of the K-POP Award, showcasing their uncontested status as a representative of the fifth-generation boy groups.
After receiving the award, Xikers said, "Thank you to our beloved RODI (official fandom name). Thanks to you we have been able to grow until now. We will continue to work hard so we don't forget our current passion and can give good energy at every stage."
Through their sixth mini album released in October, Xikers set new personal bests on digital and album charts, proving an inexorable upward trajectory. The physical album achieved their highest sales on its fifth day after release and surpassed initial-week sales of more than 320,000 copies, marking a career high.
The title track "SUPERPOWER (Peak)" also reached No. 2 on Bugs' real-time chart and entered the top ranks of Instagram's rising audio popularity chart, recording the best performance among their albums to date and showing an astonishing run of popularity.
Earlier, Xikers won Best Artist at the 2025 Korea Grand Music Awards with iM Bank (2025 KGMA) and received the AAA Potential institutional sector at the 10th Anniversary Asia Artist Awards 2025 (10th Anniversary Asia Artist Awards 2025). Having achieved triple crowns at various year-end award shows and proving their standing as K-pop representatives, expectations are high for Xikers' future moves.
Meanwhile, Xikers are scheduled to deliver a powerful performance on the Music Bank stage at the 2025 Music Bank Global Festival in Japan at the Tokyo National Stadium on the 14th.
