'Heart Signal 3' cast member Seo Min-jae shared an update after giving birth following a conflict with the child's father.
On the 10th, Seo Min-jae (now Seo Eun-woo) posted a photo on her personal account saying, "Thank you so much for the congratulations. When the baby gets a little older and can understand, I will definitely pass on the warm words you sent."
The released photos included a picture of Seo Min-jae's baby, who was born recently. Seo Min-jae expressed her affection for the child, saying, "He still looks like a little monkey, and like a steamed bun.. cheer up, the two of us♥."
Seo Min-jae first became known by name and face through Channel A's 'Heart Signal 3,' which aired in 2020. In May she confessed that she was pregnant with a child by her boyfriend, referred to as Mr. A, and disclosed his identity.
As questions grew about the identity disclosure, Seo Min-jae posted an ultrasound photo and wrote, "Even animals don't abandon their young," revealing that contact with the child's father had been cut off during her pregnancy.
As a result, the child's father, Mr. A, filed charges against Seo Min-jae under the anti-stalking law, and for confinement, assault and defamation, and Seo Min-jae's side said in a statement, "What Seo Eun-woo wants is the 'child's father' and 'a conversation' for that."
Seo Min-jae's side pushed back, saying, "Mr. A left only the vague remark that he 'will take legal responsibility after the birth' and has not made any mention of what responsibility he will take or how he will do so; he is not responding at all to Seo Eun-woo's attempts at conversation, has left no channel for communication, and has blocked all contact, which is instead increasing Seo Eun-woo's anxiety."
